Your customers already know what they liked
The hard part is writing it, standing in your doorway with one hand free. With Cruzar they tap what they liked, get a draft built from that and nothing else, and post it themselves.

What your customer tapped
★★★★☆
- Good service
- Good coffee
“we went on a Tuesday mid-morning”
The draft they check and post
We went on a Tuesday mid-morning. Really good service and the coffee was lovely.
The problem is the empty box
When a happy customer opens your listing, what they find is a blank box. They have to think of what to say and type it with their phone in one hand. So they leave it for later, and later never comes.
Without Cruzar: writing from scratch.
With Cruzar: tapping what they already know, and checking a draft.
How it works
Your customer scans the QR and rates
Nothing to download, no sign-up. You generate the QR from the dashboard, one per venue, and see how many people scan each one.
They tap what they liked
You choose the questions and the words from the dashboard. Under a minute, standing in the doorway.
They check the draft and post it
It comes from what they tapped and nothing else. They change whatever they want and paste it into your Google listing from their own account.
What's included
One QR per venue, ready to print
Create it, download it, stick it up. Moved it somewhere else? Retire it and make another.
You build the form
You choose what to ask your customers and in what words, from the dashboard, with nothing technical to touch.
In your customer's language
The form and the draft appear in Spanish, Catalan or English, depending on the language of their phone. If you change a wording, you write its translation. And your dashboard, in whichever of the three you choose.
Every review is different
None of them resembles the previous ones from your venue. That's what keeps Google from filtering them as duplicates, and it's the hard part of the product.
A private channel for complaints
Someone who had a bad time can write to you instead of to Google. It reaches you by email with what they wrote.
Honest numbers
How many people scan, how many finish, how many get as far as publishing. What is an estimate is labelled an estimate.
Pricing
We haven't published it yet. We're starting out with our first venues, and the price depends on how many you have and what you need. Write to us and we'll talk it through, no strings attached.
What we don't do
We don't put words in your customer's mouth
The draft comes only from what they answered: if they said nothing about the coffee, the text doesn't mention coffee. And before posting, they read it and change it if they want.
We don't post for you
Google has no API for publishing reviews on someone else's behalf. Anyone who says they do is either lying to you or about to ask for your Google credentials. We will never ask you for them.
We don't hide unhappy customers
Everyone sees the option to post on Google, whether they rated you five stars or one. Filtering who gets to leave a review based on their rating is called review gating, Google expressly forbids it, and it's the fastest way to get your listing penalised.
